SMR is an independent IT consultancy based in the South East of England with skills building server side software Java, Scala, R, C++, SQL, HTML5, Javascript under Linux, Windows or Apple IOS. We deliver solutions using agile methods and provide a variety of services. We focus on providing solutions to financial services and have recently gained experience with big data with a project using Cassandra.

Normally agile projects are priced on time and material and this budgetary uncertainty is often unacceptable so we have adapted agile development to a fixed price environment. Our development process is a combination of agile and fixed price which aims to deliver value as early as possible in the project.
