Dr Peter Lappo PhD, BSc, MBSC, CITP: CV (html), CV (word) - Managing Director
Peter has over 20 years in the IT industry ranging from developer, systems analyst and project manager. During this time he has been involved with systems in investment banking, finance, simulation and telecommunications. Since 1997 he has primarily been working on financial systems. Peter has a wide range of experience in implementation technologies from Microsoft systems such as SQL Server, C# and C++ through to Java, Java Script, HTML, XML, XSL, Sybase, Oracle and DB2. He considers agile development as critical to his success in delivering projects. Recently he has developed systems for equity trading and fixed income and derivatives trading system.

Mrs Sharon Lappo MSc, BSc - Finance Director
Sharon has been involved with SMR since its early days and has primarily been running the company and being involved with the analysis and development of the medical practice analysis software. More recently she has been involved with the requirements analysis of a consultation system for a nutritional practice. Sharon holds a Masters degree in Information Technology.

Mr Robert Gibbins BSc - Associate
Robert has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years in a number of roles including systems analysis, developer, database administrator and design consultant. During this time he has acquired extensive experience in database architecture with both Oracle and SQL server and application development using ASP, Java Script, HTML, XML, XSL, Visual Studio and .Net technologies. In recent years Robert has developed a customer relationship management (CRM) system in BT’s UK research centre at Adastral Park, and is currently engaged in web development for a multinational pharmaceutical company’s corporate portal.

Mr Richard Lucas ISEB (Testing) CV (Word) - Associate
Richard has spent the last decade verifying the functionality, performance, and usability of many different complex insurance and investment banking systems using manual and automated techniques. He has written and executed the test strategies on many projects. Richard works closely with clients developers, business analysts and project managers to ensure that the risk of launching low quality software is minimised. In particular Richard has in depth experience with QuickTestPro (QTP), WinRunner, Test Director and LoadRunner.

Mr Gavin Feakes BSc CV (html)
Gavin has 15 years in the IT industry, ranging from developer, systems analyst, data analyst, through to business analyst and project manager. The last 11 years have mainly been in the banking and asset management sectors. He is experienced in all stages of the development life cycle specialising in planning, product evaluation, business analysis, design, process and data modeling and focuses on a more hands on approach. He has built up extensive knowledge in the front office systems. Gavin also has wide range of experience in data (data modeling, design and analysis, data hubs, repositories, data warehouses) that is essential to support independent front and back office applications. He has worked on local regional and global scale implementations. Having had a 100% implementation success rate every project worked upon where project sign off was obtained.
